606 Gospel Lunch feat. Fiona Yorke
Under the auspices of 606 regulars the 606 Gospel Group, we are presenting this afternoon the wonderful multi-award-winning vocalist Fiona Yorke & the Anointed Gospel Musicians. For more than ten years Fiona has been a member of the Divinity Gospel Choir, performing on television, at theatres and at corporate functions across the UK as well as being affiliated with the worship event PHASS (Psalms, Hymns & Spiritual Songs) which present regular gospel music concerts around London. In 2014 Fiona debuted her first EP, “Live to Worship”, an eclectic mix of urban, reggae, traditional and R&B, with one of its tracks, “All That I Need”, being chosen by Mi-Soul Radio as one of its Top 30 Soul Tracks of 2014. Following this Fiona was nominated for the “Black African Women Rock (BAWR) Award, which she won for ‘Female Vocalist of the Year’. Fiona’s gigs are always exciting and full of energy, so you can expect an afternoon of uplifting music and fun! Don’t forget this is our family day, so children are more than welcome.
