Anna Panzanelli
With an impressive CV, Anna Panzanelli is a London-based jazz singer, pianist, and songwriter hailing from Perugia, Italy who has appeared at numerous international events and festivals including the ArgoJazz Festival, Umbria Jazz, Alchemika Jazz and Corte dei Miracoli in Milan. Tonight she will be presenting a mix of original music from her second album, “Inchiostro” plus new originals from her upcoming third record, alongside her arrangements of jazz standards and songs from the likes of Lil Hardin and Laura Nyro that have inspired her. As a composer & vocalist, her original music blends jazz and soul, while her piano playing reflects both jazz and classical influences. Also featured in the band this evening: Jake Elkan-guitar, Ruggero Bonucci-bass & Filippo Galli-drums.
