““Supremely elegant …one of the hottest singers on the circuit.””

Evening Standard

Georgia Mancio is an award-winning vocalist, lyricist and producer with a beautiful vocal tone and direct style that lends itself perfectly to her swinging and sophisticated set. With 8 albums to her name, she is the 2020 Parliamentary Jazz Awards 'Best Album' winner for “Finding Home” with pianist/composer Kate Williams, and is the current recipient of the Parliamentary Jazz 2021 “Best Vocalist” Award. Meanwhile, her musical partnership with iconic US-based Grammy-award-winning pianist Alan Broadbent has produced two outstanding recordings and led to tours across the UK, Europe and the US. She has also worked with many other artists of global stature, including the likes of Bobby McFerrin, Sheila Jordan, Ian Shaw, Liane Carroll, Jason Rebello, Gwilym Simcock and the late, great, Bobby Wellins. Georgia will be joined by her 'classic' quartet, featuring Kate Williams-piano; Oli Hayhurst-bass and Dave Ohm-drums, as well as special guest, the highly-regarded flute virtuoso Gareth Lockrane. A true improviser with a boundless imagination, Georgia produces music of beauty and bite.

“[Mancio is] a performer of character, conviction, and relaxed virtuosity” The Guardian ****;  “a sublime vocalist” Jazzwise; “Supremely elegant …one of the hottest singers on the circuit.” Evening Standard; “an object lesson in subtlety…beautiful” All About Jazz *****
