Probably best known for her work with the iconic group “Swing Out Sister”, Gina Foster is a truly gifted and impressive singer. Renowned as one of the most soulful session vocalists around she has worked prolifically in jazz, R&B, groove, pop and dance music with the likes of Eric Clapton and Sinead O’Connor. For this 606 show, Gina will be performing a repertoire of classic soul & groove numbers, along with a few originals from her own spectacular song set. Gina has put together a fantastic - All-Star! - band to do justice to these wonderful songs: Rob Barron-piano, Paul Stacey-guitar, Steve Pearce-bass & Richard Bailey-drums.
