“Truly individual and refreshing”
Jazz in Europe
Singer, trumpet player, songwriter and producer Pete Horsfall is a wonderful mainstream musician, probably best known at the Club for his work with Kansas Smitty’s, of which he is a founding member. He has performed at most major UK jazz venues and festivals, including Ronnie Scott’s & the Barbican and has made numerous international appearances, including a week in New York City at Jazz at Lincoln Center. His latest album, ‘Nighthawks’, was acclaimed by the Guardian as ‘ravishing’ and for this 606 show, Pete & his quartet will be ‘'celebrating the genius of Duke Ellington'’. With Will Barry-piano; Will Sach-bass & Joe Dessauer-drums.
